December 6, 2022 at 1:21 pmSome of my favorite memories from when I was a child was the time that I spent with my grandfather. He would take my sister and I sleigh-riding in the woods behind my grandparents house and he would even make a trip or two down the hill himself. On Black Friday every year we would go out into the woods and pick out our own Christmas tree, he would chop it down and we would bring it home on the sled, set it up and decorate it while the rest of the family was shopping. When I was a little older, we would shovel snow together, we received much more snow during the winters back then.

December 7, 2022 at 7:02 pmMy brother and I, many years ago, decided to build a snow dragon in the front yard. He lasted almost 2 weeks before someone came and smashed him, but by then he looked more like a deformed snow-gator. Especially since we had sprayed him green.

December 8, 2022 at 9:18 pmMy favorite winter memory is when my sister and I played outside after the massive snow storm we had in 1992. It covered out cars completely and our swing set. My dad packed the snow down around or swing set and let us slide down the slide into the snowbank.
