December 3, 2020 at 8:49 amOur blizzard of 1993! Yes I said blizzard, it’s not often that Alabama gets snow but that year we had a blizzard. Two weeks with out power, which was ok I feed and or cooked for others around me on a wood heaters, kerosene heaters and a grill. My oldest daughter was only about 2yrs old. It’s something I’ll never ever forget.

She and her girlfriends went sledding too and it was mortifying – all those old ladies sledding with the kids! I realized many years later when I took my own kids sledding that she was only in her 20’s.
